Stem prep spec

01 Consolidate every track from bar 1, same start point, no fades at the top.
02 24-bit WAV at the session sample rate. No dither, no normalising.
03 Remove master-bus processing, or send a second copy with it so I can hear the intent.
04 Name by source: KICK, SN_TOP, BASS_DI, GTR_L, LEAD_VOX, BV_01.
05 Include the rough mix and two reference tracks.
06 Zip it as ARTIST_TRACK_BPM and send a link if it is over 2 GB.
